Cyclone Dust Collector - CVP
VIROTECH innovative horizontal dust collector: reducing dust load by up to 70% on fine filters, increasing the life of filter elements by up 
to 30%
The Cyclone Dust Collector (CVP) significantly increases its efficiency of flue gas ducts, especially in collecting fine dust fractions 
and light particles with high wind resistance.
  • No extra material cost (electricity, water).
  • No expensive upgrades (small horizontal design can fit into existing ducts).
  • Extra durability of main filter (reduces dust at the inlet).
  • Can work under extreme temperatures (600 °c)
Multicyclone Dust Collector
Up to 99% efficiency with 5-15 fold reduction of emissions
  • Operated under severe conditions: up to t=600 °C
  • Uniform distribution of gases across cyclone elements;
  • Optimal velocity ratio of descending and ascending gas flows in cyclone elements;
  • No air leaks in dust bins and dust removal systems;
  • No gas migration between cyclone elements through a shared dust bin;
  • No dust-clogging of gathering units and dust holes on cyclone elements
Two-Stage Batter Cyclone
  • New design of the gas distribution system, which allows for uniform distribution of gas flows over the cyclone elements.
  • More efficient arrangement of cyclone elements in the casing, which allows to significantly reduce the overall dimensions of BCs.
  • Cyclone elements made from materials of abnormally high thermal and wear resistance of block design, which ensures higher efficiency and durability and simplified installation.
  • New design of cyclone element with profiled blades of shockless entry, which allows to reduce air resistance by 1.5 times, increase efficiency and reliability of BCs.
Waste Processing System
The system is designed for thermal processing (disposal) of I–IV class hazardous waste: medical, biological, quarantine, infectious, solid household, industrial, paint and varnish wastes.
The waste undergoes thermal processing in the complex's thermo-catalytic block with a five-stage cleaning of flue gases.
